What people do not realize is that Biggie was trying to teach people an important lesson about reaching goals sooner.
A simple philosophy/Georgeism to follow:
There is not “good” and “bad.” There is “good” and “what can I do better.” Keep it positive.
You can learn something from every rep that you do.
By positively adding items to the “What to do” list and “what not to do” list, you can get better from every rep/practice…
and get to your goals sooner.
To the “coaches”/”fitness professionals,” try using this technique. Ask better questions (get your clients to ask better questions as well), and watch your clients get results sooner.
To those with goals, keep setting them; it’s not a matter if you hit them, it’s when.
To quote another Biggie track, “Sky’s the Limit.”
“…and if you don’t know, now you know…”
