How does the recipient use the gift card?: They'll receive an email with their unique gift card code. When booking a session, they can enter this code at checkout to apply their balance.
Can the gift card be used for subscriptions?: Subscriptions do not currently accept gift cards. Gift cards can be used for eligible one-time training bookings.
What if the session costs more than the gift card?: Online gift-card payment must cover the full amount due. Choose a booking the balance fully covers, or remove the gift card and pay the full amount by credit card. Contact us if you need help.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?: Gift card purchases are final. However, unused gift cards never expire and can be transferred to another person.
