Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting the time blocked for your session.

24+ Hours Notice

100% Refund

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

12-24 Hours Notice

50% Refund

Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before your session. You may choose either a 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.

Less Than 12 Hours

No Refund

Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice are not eligible for refund, as this time was reserved exclusively for you.

No-Show

No Refund

Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior cancellation is not eligible for refund.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking:

  1. 1. Email bookings@georgesamuelson.com with your booking confirmation number
  2. 2. Include the date and time of your scheduled session
  3. 3. State whether you prefer a refund or credit (if applicable)

Cancellation requests are processed based on when we receive your email, not when you send it. Please allow 1-2 business days for confirmation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Credits for future bookings do not expire.

Rescheduling

Need to change your session time? Rescheduling is available at no charge with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. Contact us at bookings@georgesamuelson.com to request a new time.

Provider Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or be offered alternative dates at your preference. We will provide as much notice as possible.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion for:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation may be requested)
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Other extraordinary circumstances
