1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using georgesamuelson.com ("Site") and the services offered by George Samuelson and Samuelson Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

We offer the following services through our Site:

• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Training - Private instruction and coaching
• Fitness Training - Personal training and wellness coaching
• Business Consulting - Strategy and digital marketing consulting
• Speaking Engagements - Keynotes and presentations

3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and any required documents (waivers, agreements) are signed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout to your payment method.

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or full credit toward future booking
• Less than 12 hours notice: No refund
• No-show: No refund

4. Required Documents

Certain services require signed legal documents before participation:

• BJJ/Fitness Training: Liability Waiver (required), Media Release (optional)
• Consulting: Services Agreement
• Speaking: Speaker Agreement
• Minors: Parental/Guardian Consent

Failure to complete required documents may result in cancellation of your booking.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of George Samuelson or Samuelson Enterprises LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEORGE SAMUELSON AND SAMUELSON ENTERPRISES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless George Samuelson, Samuelson Enterprises LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be submitted to non-binding mediation in Ocean County, New Jersey. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with Section 10.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
